Ten months ago, I was arrested and charged with a DUI. I have never been in trouble in my entire life, and this was beyond terrible for me. I couldn't do anything aside from worry myself to death about it as the remorse and anxiety combined to ruin every second of each day that passed by miserably slow. I could never keep myself busy enough to control the worrying, and I grew increasingly more depressed and troubled. This all began to change when a Google search brought me to the phone number of Seth Crabtree.
I called Seth's office, and his assistant, Shana, was extraordinarily helpful and abundantly enthusiastic. She was quick to schedule me an appointment to meet with Seth so that I could present him with my case. He listened to me intently, and never once appeared to judge me for what had happened. He was both understanding and sympathetic, and was truly displaying compassion for me. Immediately, Seth was able to reinforce me with a confidence that I never thought I would have towards the charges I was facing. I no longer felt that it was an unbeatable task; I now had a master of his craft on my side, and the challenges seemed greatly more attainable.
After a grueling 10 months, my case is coming to a close, and Seth succeeded in having my charges lowered from a DUI. I will serve no jail time, and I will keep my license. I will be serving probation for 12 months, and at the end of that period, the charges with be completely erased from my record. This is, by all accounts, an undisputed victory. I could not possibly be happier with what Seth was able to accomplish.
Throughout the entire months-long process, Shana made sure to keep me in the loop about everything that was happening, and she would respond to my calls and texts as soon as she had a chance. Her assistance was invaluable, and she gave me comfort that I wouldn't have found on my own.
Seth is a consummate professional, and his knowledge of law is unparalleled. He always answers all of my questions thoroughly and deliberately, and is genuinely interested in aiding his clients.
There are not enough words in all known languages combined that can appropriately express my gratitude and satisfaction towards Seth Crabtree, his assistants, and his handling of my case.

First off let me say I am a convicted felon, in the last 3 years I've had drug charges every summer and with one found in possession of a firearm. I'm new to this area and when law enforcement ran my tags they like to just come at me full force. When I hired Seth to defend me after my run in with Trooper Robertson everyone told me it was a long shot, including my probation officer. His staff went to work fast and got everything in order for my case. They kept me well informed got me the Motion for Discovery super fast and sent me letters to remind me what was going on. My codefendant had already pled out and with my record and these new charges I was certain I was going to do some time, but boy was I wrong! Today I walked in to court with a new drug charge and a probation violation for drug charges from less than a year ago. I was nervous but Seth was calm and collected with a grin he told me to sit still and he would take care of everything. He then went to the back with the DA. After what felt like a lifetime to me he walked up to me with a smile and informed me that all charges were going to be dismissed!! (You know technical stuff that not everyone catches) As I stood up when the judge called my name and Seth did his thing I couldn't help but smile. To hear the words you're free to go and dismissed translated to well played in my head. After a handshake and a Thank You I strolled out of the room with a major weight lifted from my shoulders. This man and his crew will go to bat for you and don't let them fool you they know what they are doing and are damn good at it too! MY FIRST FELONY CHARGES EVER!! As a North Carolina resident I was charged with two serious felony charges in the state of Tennessee. My local attorney, advised me to seek a Tennessee attorney. After reading Seth Crabtree's reviews I knew he was the person I needed. I called their office and Shana told me he was out of the office at the time but would have him call at 4:30pm the next day. At 4:30 pm the next day he returned my call. After approx. 45 minutes on the phone going over my charges he told me he felt like I had 3 legs to stand on and was willing to take my case. I faxed them the info. I had and they took it from there keeping me up to speed as things went along. After giving Shana all the details she told me Seth does a really great job with them reducing the speeding ticket and having no points on your license. Shana always kept me updated on my court date and keeping me in the loop. She told me not to worry and let her team take care my headache. Best team out there! My fiancé and I were driving from Texas to Washington DC. She was driving overnight as I was getting some rest and we got pulled over. My fiancé isn't documented and doesn't have a drivers license, so she got a ticket and also had to appear in court.
